The purpose of architects and urban planners is basically the planification of a city, town or residence. Although architects usually desing an element, like houses and builidings, on the other hand, urban planners desing that those elements have at their sides. But something that is true, is that they complement each other and both studied these carrers because they like making places.
Now if we took Caracas for an example, in some places we see the group work of architects and urban planners. We see beautiful houses and building that have a planification of hospitals, streets, schools and elemental things. But in some other places, we see a Caracas that has been built as times comes, I mean with this that has been built without a planificacion.
